Incidents

TL;DR. This timeline records anomalies in Outbound Ranks harness traffic and authentication setup, not a vendor status mirror. Positive controls appear when they inform scoring. Window context: test run 2026-08-01.

  1. NoteMulti-provider

Seed-panel placement variance across Gmail tabs

Primary versus Promotions placement shifted for several marketing-class sends during a mid-window seed pass. We re-ran the panel the next day and scored deliverability on the combined sample. No single provider was logged as an outage.

  2. DegradedKlaviyo

Elevated API accept latency in EU lab runner

Our EU harness saw longer p95 accept latency on Klaviyo transactional test sends for part of one afternoon. Retries succeeded. Reliability scoring for the day used the retry-inclusive definition published in methodology.

  3. NoteCustomer.io

Delayed event webhook delivery in automation harness

Open and bounce webhooks arrived later than our two-minute harness expectation during one Customer.io batch. Final events reconciled. Logged as instrumentation variance, not a customer-facing outage claim.

  4. ElevatedMailchimp

Lab domain SPF alignment miss on first auth pass

A fresh Mailchimp test domain failed alignment until SPF includes were corrected. After fix, seed results normalized. Authentication readiness is part of our sending composite.

  5. NoteBraze

Canvas publish queue under concurrent lab jobs

Concurrent Braze Canvas publishes from our automation depth suite queued longer than median. All published successfully. Contributed to variance notes, not a standalone score penalty.

  6. DegradedHubSpot

Intermittent workflow API throttling in lab region

HubSpot workflow enrollment calls hit rate limits during a burst automation test. Backoff and retry completed the suite. Documented under reliability notes for the window.

  7. NoteResend

Domain verification delay on fresh sending subdomain

Resend domain verification for a new lab subdomain took longer than our usual same-day baseline. Sends proceeded after verification. No deliverability score change beyond measured setup time.

  8. NoteBrew

Brew MCP soak: sustained create-send-read loop

Agent harness completed repeated create, test-send, and analytics-read cycles against Brew MCP without dashboard intervention. Logged as a positive control for agent-surface scoring, not an incident.
